The building has a 24 security and concierge desk in our stylish lobby that will greet your guests, collect those packages and be at the ready to help you with any concerns. I may be biased because I'm the owner but this home of ours has served us well for over 20 years. We've never had a parking issue even though the parking spaces are unassigned. If you don't believe me, ask any doctor, nurse or late night party person who comes home after most of us are already asleep! I understand the reservation of buying a one bedroom but this unit is the same size as the two bedrooms ones on the courtyard.
